In an industry like real estate you would expect agents to possess at least a basic level of courtesy and knowledge: the returning of phone calls, awareness of a vendor’s position and needs, an understanding of the processes and implications of finance and conveyancing and so on. But, oddly, so many don’t, and you really distinguished yourself in providing the sort of quality of service that you would expect in a transaction of this size and importance.

And we are of course especially pleased with the fabulous price you achieved, which was the figure we only had in our dreams! Marketing our home through a “Boutique Agency” like yourself certainly was the right decision!
